Neil Diamond has a huge world wide following and not only have his songs been hits for him, numerous other artists have recorded his songs and had hits with them.

Neil Diamond's career started in the early 1960's with a school friend before signing in his own right, but not gaining much success as a performer and reverted to song writing. During this time songs like I'm a believer were recorded by the popular TV foursome The Monkeys.

Many other artists have recorded Neil's work ranging from Elvis Presley & Cliff Richard though to Lulu and also Deep Purple and later on UB40
